Our Story
Day Offs in Kitchen
Slow afternoons, meaningful moments, and a little joy from the kitchen.
More Than a Kitchen
Day Offs in Kitchen began as a simple Instagram account. At the time, I was working a regular 9 to 5 job, and after each workday, there was one place I always found myself returning to, the kitchen.
While some people unwind by watching a movie or going out, I reached for butter, flour, and a mixing bowl. Baking became my way of slowing down and recharging.
As I shared more of these moments online, I realised I wasn't just sharing recipes– I was sharing the joy and comfort I found in the kitchen.

Why I Do This
Today, I still work a 9 to 5 job, but I spend as much of my free time as I can in the kitchen.
What started as a hobby has grown into something much more meaningful.
Through baking workshops and home dining experiences, I hope to create a space where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy the simple pleasure of making and sharing good food together.
A Little Philosophy
To me, a day off isn't simply a day away from work. It's about making time for the things that bring us joy, whether that's baking, sharing a meal, or simply slowing down for a while.
I hope Day Offs in Kitchen can be a place where you do just that, one workshop, one meal, and one meaningful moment at a time.
See you around the table.
